Ana-Maria Raimond from ING France presented LandSense at the annual “IGN research days” taking part from the 23rd to the 25th of March 2017 at Descartes, Marne la Vallée, France. During an oral presentation and a poster session, Ana-Maria provided an overview about the LandSense project and introduced the concept of Demo Case 1 to the interested audience. Demo case 1 is urban oriented and focuses on how to involve citizens and their observations in monitoring land changes within urban areas. Learn more here.
The annual IGN Research days provide an overview of research in geomatics and presents the results of the work of four laboratories of the IGN. The event is also an opportunity to meet researchers and research institute, exchange and interact with them on the proposed topics during lectures and presentations by the researchers themselves.
